WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN AN ITEM DISPLAYS AS?

* Items in stock in our Adelaide warehouse are the only items which show IN STOCK on our website. The rest will show ***OUT OF STOCK or ***BACKORDER or **BE INVISIBLE.
PRODUCT GOES INVISIBLE **
** Some out of stock items won’t be available for backorder “invisible on website” such as those with greater than 4 weeks restock time like most of our USA manufacturers shipping by sea container. Of course, this can also mean we no longer carry the product for many reasons such as manufacturer has stopped making the product, superseded with a new version, customer satisfaction, manufacturer supply issues etc.

DO YOU SHIP THE SAME DAY AS RECEIVING MY ORDER?
Yes, we like to get the goods into your hot little hands as fast as possible. When you place an order Monday to Friday before 5:00 pm ACDT, your order will be sent on the same day. When you place your order after 5 pm on Friday, your package ships on Monday morning. If you are choosing express shipping, you need to place your order before 4:30 pm to have it shipped on the same day.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY EXCITING NEW PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE AT ME?
We know once you buy our naughty adult products you want them NOW NOW NOW, but the time it takes mostly depends on your location. Generally, Australia Post takes between 2-4 business days. More remote locations take a little longer. You can get an estimated delivery time for your postcode on the Australia Post website. If you want it faster, why not select express shipping?
When you choose express shipping, next day delivery is only available in metro areas.
HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST?
We ship with Australia Post, and our options include:
- Australia Post Parcel Post (1-4 business day delivery) $9.95 or (only as special offer FREE on orders over $60).
- Australia Post Express Post (metro areas only – 1 working day) $12.95 or (only as special offer FREE on orders over $100).
- Our international shipping rates depend on location.
DOES MY PARCEL INCLUDE TRACKING?
All Friller shipments are always tracked, but you might not receive a tracking number with certain shipments so please do not ask if you don’t receive one. Your item is on its way and tracked.
Whether or not you receive this number depends on the time it was ordered, what was ordered and how busy our systems are.
Australia Post uses tracking numbers for all its parcel post deliveries. As soon as we enter your package into the system, we will send you the tracking number via email so that you can easily follow its progress through the Australia Post website and count down the minutes until the fun begins.
In some cases, during busy times it’s possible your item won’t have a tracking number before or after it arrives. This is simply to deliver items as fast as possible and we hope to improve this in the future. Rest assured that if an item does not arrive we can manually fetch any tracking number for proof of delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER GETS DELIVERED?
If you miss the mailman, never fear. They will find a safe place to leave your package or will take it to your nearest postal outlet for collection at a convenient time. There will be a card explaining when and how you can collect your new toys. Usually, Australia Post will hold your order for ten days before they send it back to Friller. Don’t forget to bring your photo ID with you to collect!
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS LATE?
We all know that the wait makes the arrival all the more exciting, but if your product is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us via our live chat and log a ticket or speak to a customer service agent, and we will help you track it down.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Some countries will subject your parcels to import duties and taxes. We don’t have any control over these charged and do not know what they are for each country. You will need to pay any taxes and duties, so if you are unsure, contact your customs office before ordering. It is entirely your responsibility to adhere to any laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable or responsible if you break these laws.
